New suspension valves of intermediate-pressure cylinder for turbines K-300-240

The staffing performance valves of intermediate-pressure cylinder based on the so-called shock absorbers, including a fixed spring, which is a metal plate with three balls, which should slide body. However, numerous audits of the system holding showed a lot of criticism for its performance. 
The main idea of the new suspension design is to create a mobile platform moving freely in the horizontal plane, which is supported through a spring valve body. Moving platform is achieved thanks to its suspension on the rods that are at the ends of Hooke's joints. Joints are located in a relatively cold zone, thus allowing for their normal work with the use of lubrication. Using the design-type eyes «pipe in pipe» allowed to join in the limited space under the flap and place the harness on the existing brackets for holding regular bumpers. 
Special tests showed that the new suspension has almost no resistance to movement of the valve.
